Step-by-Step House Renovation Process

WE HAVE REFINED OUR RENOVATION PROCESS TO DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS

1. ON-SITE ESTIMATE
   We'll assess your proposed repairs and provide a detailed quote for your approval.
2. CONFIRMATION OF DETAILS
   Before starting, we'll confirm selections for tiles, fixtures, and fittings, and discuss scheduling and timelines in depth.
3. DEMOLITION/REMOVAL
   Complete strip-out of bathrooms (and other areas), including necessary rough-ins for plumbing and electrical services, if needed.
4. PREPARATION
   This stage involves cladding repair, floor screeding, and waterproofing.
5. CLADDING
   Installation of floor and wall coverings (such as tiles) and grouting.
6. FIXTURE INSTALLATION
   Fitting vanity units, taps, and other plumbing and electrical fixtures, as well as installing shower screens.
7. FINAL TOUCHES AND HANDOVER
   Completion tasks may include any necessary painting and tile caulking. Once everything is finished, your home is returned to you.
